甚麼是 AromaVera 會員積分？What are AromaVera Reward Points?

AromaVera Reward Points are loyalty points you earn for every purchase made on our website. These points can be redeemed as discounts on future orders.

如何賺取積分？How do I earn points?

只要您在 AromaVera.com.hk 登入會員帳號後完成任何購物，每消費 HK$1 即可獲得 1 積分
You earn points every time you place an order while logged in to your AromaVera member account. For every HK$1 spent, you earn 1 point (subject to current system settings).

1 積分等於多少港幣？What is the value of 1 point?

1 積分 = HK$1，您可在下一次結帳時直接使用積分折抵。
1 point = HK$1. You can use your points to deduct cash value during checkout.

如何在結帳時使用積分？How can I redeem points at checkout?

於結帳頁面下方的「使用積分」欄位中輸入您想兌換的積分數量，系統將自動折扣相應金額。
During checkout, you will see an option to enter the number of points you wish to redeem. The redeem amount will be applied automatically.

積分有有效期限嗎？Do points expire?

是的，積分有效期為獲取後 12 個月內使用，逾期自動失效，恕不補發。
Yes. Points must be used within 12 months of earning them. Unused points will expire automatically and cannot be reissued.

如何查詢我的積分餘額？Where can I check my point balance?

登入您的會員帳號後，進入「我的帳戶 > 積分紀錄」頁面，即可查詢您的可用積分與歷史使用記錄。
Log in to your AromaVera account and go to "My Account > Reward Points" to view your available points and usage history.

積分可以轉讓給其他會員嗎？Can I transfer my points to another account?

目前積分僅限本人帳號使用，無法轉讓或合併至其他帳號。
No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the original account holder.
